#We do not take exchange of return after the order is placed. All products go through a quality check prior to dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged product, we will either replace or refund for the damaged product. #You need to notify us within 2 working days in case you receive a damaged product. Notification can be through WhatsApp or email along with photos & complete box opening video without edits of the package. #The damaged product should be returned to our warehouse to facilitate any exchange or refund, or as decided by the management. #Our liability ends at the point of first delivery. If you arrange for onward transit of the shipment received from us, we will not be responsible for any discrepancy arising in that. #Though we have a double check process and an error rate of less than 0.5%, we still can’t rule out human error in packing. We suggest that you check every single piece upon receiving your shipment. #In case we offer a refund, it will take 3 to 4 working days to do a bank transfer. If the refund is being made into the card through the payment gateway, it will take 5 to 7 days.
